in lay mans terms , you download program on to pc via website, enter cust details, phone numbers , price frequency , due date [you only have to put this in when setting up job on pc.] the set frquency will take care of future cleans. when you do the job enter details on pc by ticking done box, job will then be
reset to be done when ever you have set frequency, ie ftnly, mthly , bi mthly ect. if they pay tick paid , if not do not tick box , if you do a job late, ie hols , weather ect. just press 'today button, by done box. you can print job sheets , these will show who owes , date last cleaned ect. when collecting print debt list, this will show who owes money.if you use a palm[pocket computer ] this needs to be running palm os.this will make the whole process quicker,
as you do not have to manually transfer job sheet at end of day on to pc, you just link up pocket pc press 1 button , and in secs it updates all records , and loads
