I just had a letter from Scottish Power today. We pay them monthly by direct debit. They pointed out that they had dibbed into my bank account and helped them to a bit too much money and they owed me £233.59. (In fact every time they write too me they seem to have more of my money than they should). Now there are some bright sparks a Scottish Power, as they have worked out that by altering my monthly payment from £72 per month to £115-50 that everything will sort it's self out very nicely thank you.  I know I need to get on the phone and sort this. But I've listened to so much music on hold this week that I have completely lost the will to live. Now I find that all my powerful micro-splitting chemicals are completely non-toxic. I considered death by CFR but with its single stage vac it apparently has not got enough suction to take my breath away.

But wait. I can turn this round. Lets try SP techniques with my customers.

“ Yes madam it’ll be £60 to clean your rug. N a right nice job I’ll make of it”

“Oooo! What a bargain. I’ll have it done”

“Thank you madam. Just give me a blank signed cheque and I’ll fill it in for a random amount for considerably more than I just quoted”

“gernuffle??”

PS anyone want to buy my Carpet Cleaners Day Out ticket for a crazy amount of money…or should I put it on Ebay and see what offers I get?  Hehe!
