I would upgrade to 800ltr.

As for needing to upgrade your pump, the pressure switch setting (60psi, 100psi) doesn't make any difference - its the flow rate that matters, really, you need a second pump and varistream.

You can fit a merlin or 4040 into your van or keep an ibc tank at home
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!

400ltr tank i doubt would be enough a 650 ltr will be fine.
I have 2 people running off  650ltrs on some jobs all day and don't run out.

I would say you do need another pump if you get a flojet you don't need a varistream.
And 60psi is plenty unless you are using microbore then go for a 100psi.

Instead of having another DI vessel in the van why don't you just purify the water at home and transfer the water to the van, that way you don't need any di on board.

You can do this with a normal DI vessel but may use quite a bit of resin if in a hardwater area

i currently filter water through a RO  gpd 200 storing water in a tank next to house, i put  water through a  DI vessel in van to give pure water a final polish before being used . my current pump is a filojet 60psi pumping water through microbore, does that pump have enough psi for 2 operators

It would be better to upgrade or you will find you have pressure problems when 1 switches off the other will suddenly get a higher flow. Make sure both workers have the save length of hose or that to will also make flow problems.
The biggest draw back to 2 people working from 1 van is that you will NOT do twice as much work.
