if a customer pays in advance, for eg. 6months, will the system knock each clean off as i do them and how, if this is possible, do i set it up.

Yes. Will deduct advance payment every month / clean.

Yes when you clean the house and tick it off as done then tick it as paid you can put more money in so for example if it was £12.00 per clean and you got 24.00 you enter that it asks you if its a pre payment or tip.

if you use a palm , it will show up as 'owed to customer' , however you cannot tick paid to update, it has to be done via pc , does my head in.you can enter over payments on palm just ammend amount recieved [value] .asked a long time ago , was told it would be fixed in the new version 3.70 , that was nearly 2 yrs ago though >:(
