did 40 of these last weekend. the chairs take 3 minutes each no big deal. cleaning boot polish off of the wooden legs now that is time consuming. the customer wont necessarily know that u have done the legs however try it for uourself. the chair looks 100 times better over all. custy was well happy.

3 minutes to vac , prespray , aggitate , then extract  ?

Evening John

Like everybody else I think around the £500 for the full job. However I would definitely quote on a per chair basis for as Joe has said in the past you can often find extra chairs have been added to the pile you have quoted and agreed to clean.

The biggest problem I find when cleaning lots of office chairs is that there is often no continuity in the cleaning as you have to keep stopping to move the chairs around to make space to work in and this breaks the cleaning momentum which is often the only way of not doing your head in when you have so many identical chairs to clean.

It makes a hell of a difference whether the chairs are all in one place, or there's going to be one or two in each small office you get to.  Imagine swapping from wand to hand tool 42 times during a job :-/

If you have to spend a lot of additional time " floating " then you would obviously have to allow for this in your calculation.

Being well organised saves time, using the most appropriate products and methods will save time and energy.

In the majority of cases I clean dining or office type seats with an enzymatic prospray, followed by crystallising foam.

It works...............gives an excellent result.............keeps clients happy..............saves set up /  clear away time.............gets repeat business!

Commercial work is not about achieving the highest possible standard by using the greenest possible product...............it's about achieving the customers expected standard for the negotiated price.
