Yes, it does fit the X-Tel range of poles.  It will also fit the SL-X, Super-Lite, Brodex, Universal, Extender and any other pole with a standard end screw thread.

So how does this work? You scoop it out, and falls on the floor, then you take it away? Or is this just a addition to a guttervac, like a gutter rake?

Basically yes!  Very simple, very easy to use, very easy to fit and does the job.  Saves getting the ladder out just to clear a small patch of growth, etc.
