Hi Doug
How very true!
No system is equal, they all have their pro's and cons. we all choose a system that we feel will do the best job. Mark is also correct in that all systems have their place.
As you guys know I am solely dry system, my main clients are the letting market, so I come across the worst (IMO) carpets and the stains are mainly unknown as there is no one around to tell me what they are.
The results I am getting are again (IMO) great but not every stain comes out.
There is a train of though that these dry systems are only for maintenance and not a deep clean...
Last year I did a large chain hotel resturant carpet, 220m which took me 4 hours non stop. The last piece of carpet had a large black stain left from the last time it had been clean 15 years ago and the seam had been split.
I got the stain out completely and the client and myself where chuffed (I was also shocked

)
So some dry systems are not only for maintenance cleaning.
Should I come out of the carpet cleaning closet...?
Not just yet

Regards
Martin
