hi there,

hoover- a trade name.

vacuuming a totally different ball park.

not seeming to be pedantic, but its something which was drummed into me, many years ago.

You beat to that; customer said today I’ve done the hovering reply you must have a big washing machine so there’s no need for me to clean you carpets then! ;D

Not much need for an upright in this type of work but do like truvox valet 10 tub, it suck and it can blow, not sure if there new ones can.

You are quite right about what you said....

Tell me....have you been on the Prochem Carpet Cleaning course?

I ask that, because that is the only place I have been to that drums to home this "Vacuuming" NOT "Hoovering" attitude.
