hi you lot i just had a phone call to give a quote on a school for the first time i have been round there and its big,only ground floor and first floor so not that high but have not been cleaned for 3 or 4 years.
There are 7 buildings
building are

1. 78 windows
2. 30 windows
3. 192 windows
4. 40 windows
5. 24 windows
6. 40 windows
7. 895 windows

Total 1294 windows

i think it will take at least 2-3 days work

any of you lot clean any schools and what do you think i should charge and what would you charge all the help would be very greatfull

depends if u want the job or not .what do u want to earn a day.plus xtra on top .i would charge norm bout £1 per window .=£1294 .but as said in previous post .there is ALWAYS someone cheaper .£1per windows on houses ok .but if it took 3days .in the valleys u looking at about £900.diff areas diff prices

commercial + govt = 1 pound a window min
then add on first clean premium
if you do it in 3 days well done
my days are 8 hrs max on commercial
been here before
quote low and then regret it if you get job
i dont need extra work
specially one offs
put a price in that will cover un seen problems
chances are it will still take longer than you think

thats what the man said he has got 2 more coming round tomrow and the lowest will get the job

I priced a school last week, absolutely sure I was the lowest, I know the caretaker who has his nose in every aspect of the school. Anyway, he told me what the other guy at priced it at, I went in lower, and the woman who held the purse strings afterwards told me the other guy got it as they'd used him before.

Hi i clean 2 high schools and 1 middleschool, If i was you i would take 1 week for this school you will be working flat out without stops starts as if doing houses. If you are sure it can be done in the time given go with a £1000. this sounds about right.
