Hi Mick

2 years in Germany,  since the launch of Solution UK over here so a little over a year, yes some customers have purchased additional pads, for more than one user, some in the commercial sector have worn and re-purchased new pads, all pads wear out, dont forget the Super pads are totally unique in that they use a suction core to draw out the soil there is no other pad in the world that uses this type of technology hence the world patent.

Best regards Nick

All bonnet systems are very quick to use. Some of the work I've done over the years would easily get through  a pair of Super Pad Charly's in less than a week. On this sort of volume the purchase price is insignificant so would be classed as a consumable item. Although a non-user, after listening to the feedback on Cleanitup and others (who do not come from Cornwall may I add ;) )I would now be using the Charly's instead of cotton bonnets if I had need for a generic bonnet system.

Is the Super Pad a viable proposition as a drying medium after HWE, or would a cotton pad still be the tool of choice?

Safe and happy cleaning :)
