Yes it should do, as I think that the standard SL-X would just reach the gutter line on the above building.

You absolutely sure it's a hybrid?  I've got the 33ft Unger Hybrid and theres hardly any flex at all.  I've also got a 35ft x-tel fibre glass, and that bends over double

no its the unger hybrid exel got a 24ft and 30ft and they will be going.

Yoy must be 9ft tall then to reach that with a 21ft (actual) pole!
