What software?
« on: July 29, 2008, 09:47:55 pm »
Can anybody recommend a good software to run a cleaning company?

Needs to manage accounts and Calender/Staff manager for House keeping and 1 off cleans if it tied in to blackberries that would be insane.

Bueller?

target software is good

Is it?????
Have you used it and how did you get the information you needed out of the company.
I phoned them about two years ago and it was a joke, customer service was non existent and they really did not want to sell me anything. It was a very strange experience, especially as they were advertising in the cleaning trade magazines at the time.
They really did not want to tell me anything about the product, the only info I got out of them was it was going to cost over £1200  :o
How much is it now?

Definitely ServiceCEO. Have been using it for 6 years now and I wouldn't touch anything else. Great support - the guys do everything remotely :-)
Not cheap though. I think it costs around £1000.

Good luck

I have looked at all sorts of software including CEO priced £2800 now. So we have gone with www.thoughtfulsystems.com. Reasonably priced and it seems to do what we want it to do. They are in the USA and have got some good prices at the mo.
