i knew someone who had the 300gpd, was very pleased with it

i had a purefreedom ro and had problems with tds, it was 300 in and 30 ish out, after a couple of months,after refusing to buy a booster pump,l managed to get them to send out new membraines now it works alot better. tds of 15 sometimes 11, so it looks more like a dodgy batch of membraines.

got a 300 gpd ro from them 18 months ago and it works a treat , takes about 24 hours to fill 1000 l ibc regards alan

Same here no problems at all just got to make sure you change your filters every few months and change your resin when tds goes up

Nobody said they they were bad suppliers? But there have been a number of people with membrane problems in the Ro's,  if you look in past posts - so there is nothing really to be amazed about.

i know andrew used to be 'Mr Pure Freedom' but he no longer works with/for them so i'm after a Exel Systems RO. you guys need to stop assoating him with PF. but i do thank you for the feed back and i too have read in to this and found there is not a system in my price range that dont have the odd bad comment. considering when andrew was at PF he shiffted probaly more 300gpd ro's than merlin and ro-man put together weather it be with the famous froodom trolley or in fitted systems the good write ups by far out weigh the bad ones as on this thread.

ok let me get this straight andrew is no longer with pf but another company?
my ro from andrew still going strong even though i never got a spanner to change filters. stuart from skypole use to help but has dissappeared so now a bit knackered.

andrew has started his own company, exel systems from what i see. it looks like pretty much a mirrow image of the work he did at PF.

well i spoke to andrew and he went well out of his way to help my with skock he dont currently surply so i will agree and hes a very nice chap to talk to aswell. glad to give useful advise.
