anybody used one of these internet, or business companies that seem to provide hassle free limited company registration.

again anybody got any good or bad experience of this. as we need to pursue this area quite quickly.

recently checked out a company in this market for the partners son and for about £69  plus vat they do the lot. they are ok

I used a company called ukplc they were very quick and efficient and easy to use they cost around £100 for a full package with all extras, I also bought my domain names from them.
