Very surprised how well January was.  It was as good as December although I only had three weeks in Dec.

Great thing is I didnt do any advertising.  All work was from yellow pages, referrals and repeats.

Now thats not a great thing as its makes me marketing lazy.

According to the survey so far it seems as many have a low Jan turnover as those that have a high one. Its strange but a lot of other surveys indicate the same pattern.

It may be the higher end have been active with their marketing, the proof in the pudding is to kep it going into February!

If you are really busy and are getting 99% of your quotes a word to the wise would be YOU ARE TOO CHEAP, put your prices up and reap the profits, if they want you they will still have you, and if they don't, well you will earn enough money from the price increase to have a day off or look for another custy, I PROMISE it DOES WORK!!!!

PS try just a Fiver on a job,
 £5 a day x 5 days x 52 weeks =£1300
