[Clean 'n' Tidy]

Hi,

Can anyone advise on the following. I have been asked to put in a tender for a builders clean on sheltered housing. I have never done this before and would welcome some advise please.

There are 31 one bed flats, 9 two bed flats, 12 communal area rooms, corridors and stairs and lifts.

The tender is for the first, second and sparkle cleans.
