spray n go

Got some spray n go delivered today , just a couple of questions it says mix with a quart of hot water , whats that in litres ?     How do you do a pre test with it when its slow acting  ?   
Any other advice appreciated

its not slow acting if you speed the drying up,

get a hair dryer on it  , dont want to sound uncautious but never had any adverse reactions on any carpets or suites

You need to thoroughly vent the area you are working in and don't forget to wear a a suitable mask!
