Hi Scott
Presuming you don't possess Dry Fusion, Texatherm or Super Pad Charly.
Pre vac to the highest standard possible with a good (preferably two motor eg Sebo BS36) upright vacuum cleaner. Pre-spray with your prefered micro splitting solution. Agitate the trafficed/ soiled areas with your white pad and plain water rinse with your hwe. For the lighter soiled areas just bonnet pad with your cotton bonnets. This should halve your time on the wand but still maintain your standards.
If you use conventional detergents you'll need 2 sprayers with different chemicals as required, plus a detergent or acidic rinse in your hwe.
With the different processes all happening at the same time, you should be able to work effectively in a two or preferably 3 man team ie 1 on pre vac and machine fill, 1 trained technician on the wand, and one on pre-spray and rotary scrub/bonnet.
Safe and happy cleaning

Ken
