Why have they specified an anti-bacterial product?
If you find out their needs then you can offer them a solution to it, don't let customers tell you what the solution is before you find out the problem.
You wouldn't walk in to the dentist, sit down in the chair and tell him you'd like a crown when actually it's a filling that's needed.
If this clean is required for "healthiness" you can clean with a colloidal product, rinse with fresh water and then apply a light mist of the solution on afterwards to give a residual action. This will address any odour issues too.
You also have the option of applying a protector with antibacterial properties, which will obviously add another dimension of benefit to the service.
