nothing wicked back up, we give a courtesy call 2 days after every job to make sure our custys are still happy with the work and so far ive not had to go back, we did some research before we started the business and found a few people weren't happy with there last job but never complained, just said they wouldnt use again so we add the courtesy call just in case that happens, this way we can put it right and hopefully keep the customer, as for head first with a trucky, i had my carpets dne a year ago with a trucky and it just developed from there, a lot of planning and a lot of money and now i'm here, and all though a lot on here seem to think its not a good time to start a cc business i'm the opposite, i think its the perfect time, recessions to me means mend and clean not replace, hope i'm right.
