After cleaning normally with HWE i have had success with following: Mix 30ml of Prochem B152 Oxybrite with 60ml of Prochem B162 Fibrebuff, with 250ml Prochem B105 fibre shampoo, in 5litres warm water. Wear gloves, using sponge apply foam only to fringes - allow to dry.

Welcome

What makes you think they should be white? Get rid of the truck.

Your web site says Fully trained to NCCA standards with qualification certificate.

Are you members of the NCCA.

The vineger is for browning due to highish  ph. If they are dirty and MS doesn't help try PSG or Fabric restorer.

As Len says getting them WHITE may be a mistake.

There are loads of threads on this subject including drying techniques with handtool etc.

i find hydrogen peroxide the best thing, esp if you have the rugs for a few days,

just apply it with a paint brush leave to dry and repeat several times until its

the shade you want it, what could be simpler  ;)

I aqgree with Steve  after cleaning with a cotton safe solution aply hydrogen peroxide.

As the tassels are wet from the intial clean it should be diluted enough.

I was gob smaked when I was taught this the other week but it works

The pH of vinegar depends upon how much acid is present, but most commercial distilled white vinegars contain 5% acetic acid and have a pH of about 2.4.
