Vicks VapoRub
« on: January 28, 2005, 03:31:49 pm »
I have to visit a customer on Monday who has spilt Vicks on her new Rug.

It has been diluted in hot water.

Dont know what the fibre is until Monday.

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove, she has been recommended to use me because apparently I am the Dogs, which is nice.

Thanks

Phil,

That stuff get right up my nose !  ;D

Last time I encountered this on a carpet it came out very easily with  a dab of Prochem Solvall, however these days I would use Eco Spotter.

Thanks, John & Len.

Eco Spotter it is.

My wife has a bad cold at the moment and has rubbed this stuff all over her chest last 2 nights. ;)

She never asked me to do it :(
