If you are working in a kitchen or food production area, you have to use a degreaser that is safe for the kitchen and surfaces that it may come in contact with. "Foodsafe" it also has to be odourless, you are better of cleaning the canopy by hand, remember that you cannot stand on any equipment, tables or surfaces below, you must always sheet up anything under the canopy and when finished sanitise all surfaces. Just incase.
