A very simple but effective solution Peter! I'm impressed! No more accidental switching off,.. if you;re at the bottom of the window you're ready to switch off the flow anyway!
I'm guessing the shorter bar makes it slightly lighter too???
Any news on the MKII clampless pole yet?
how much is the new pole and autobrush regards alan
Petermine must be the old sort then. Why not post a picture on here and explain the difference. From what I saw there are two short rods either side instead of one long one. I didn't quite grasp the sisgnificance of that.I have a couple of ideas for keeping the pole hose tidy and general reel hose disipline, nothing you could patent, but a good product in the form of a harness to attach the reel hose to yourself and a hook to keep loops of pole hose off the floor.Would you see a market for this?

Please see below a quote from the first post explaining the benefits. "For those who thought it a problem with the water switching off accidentally then this has been addressed. The valves are less likely to be damaged as they are far more protected by the positioning. The bars are far less likely to be damaged because of the very small length."As far as the other question, anything that helps with hose that dosn't waste any time is an advantage. I wouldn't however think that attaching it to yourself would be an advantage, as it would make it harder for the person to move about.Peter
