feeling really up for it today

gonna change it all round today, sod the people letting me down, im not gonna let it ruin my buisness

got a nice email last night, well it wasnt much just a nice little note

"thank you for your superb speedy service, so nice to see out of my windows again!"

and this is how i like to be known and how i like to run it

Its great isn't it  ;D. I keep all of my notes from customers as its nice to go through them for an ego boost!

Sometimes we dwell on the little things and make them bigger than they are i know i do we should focus on the good things that happen and build on them

I keep all the notes from crusties, but I don't think I've read them.
