Yes lots of companys supply sanitary bins.

The rules are it has to be disposed of by a company that is legally registered to dispose of such waste.

They also have to supply you with a Waste Transfer Note to meet legal requirements(some companies charge for this note)

Why do you want to be a waste transfer company or thinking of supplying the bins?
