I have recently started working for a local housing association doing the EOT cleaning and house clearing etc. Good wook, good money etc. This has started to take up alot of my time so I have decided to drop some of my window customers. BAsically I go and do 1 last clean and tell them the score. So far everyone has been really good about it and wished me luck with the biz so and so forth.
Anyway. Got a call yesterday from a customer that I had forgotten about. A real pain in the bum custy that lives miles out of my area and is a terrible payer. Not only that her windows are the worst on my round. Flakey paint and the glass looks like it will topple out if I farted too close to it.

This is partly why I let her get so far behind. I know I should have called her but she is such a bad payer, i guess I put it in the back of my things to do list.

"Do you ever intend on cleaning my windows again."
'Well you havent paid me for the last 3 visits so I dont know,'
"I dont owe a penny to anyone, your lying!!!"
I was sat at my pc when she phoned so I opened up george and gave her the dates.
"Well I'll pay you when you come next time!"
I explain to her that I wont be coming again due to work load and she is out of the way and I'll give her details to another W/C
She really kicked off then. " You have dropped me in it, left me in the sh**, I hope you get Sh** on with the housing assoc, I`ll tell everyone how rubbish you are and un reliable, I hope you lose all your customers, then you'll be begging me to come back, dont forget my son owns and insurance brokers in town and I'll tell all the customers!"
'You tell people what you like but the 150 other customers of mine would probably disagree.
People like this make me smile. They dont give a monkeys about the state of their window frames etc but if there is a bird poo on the glass for more than a month they turn into the Incredible Sulk.
