letting agents

Hi all, I have noticed there has been a lot of talk regarding the cleaning of carpets for letting agents. This is a market i have not tapped into as yet but thinking of it, it sounds like it could produce thouse extra few jobs needed a month. Is offering 10% of every clean to the agent a good idea or do you have any other little tricks to get them on side.
If anyone has a letter they use to send to letting agents and wouldn't mind sharing it with the rest of us could you please upload it to the website.
Rob.

i dont agree with the practice of paying, so as you can work, all this does is inflate prices, and of course the greed process, 10% today is 20% next week and so on,just my opion :P

hi, i do loads for letting agents. they tend not to be to worred about cost as the money is taken out of the last tenants depoist. it can be a hasle getting keys and for you portable people ,power. i have found that getting the job done as soon as possible and never messing the agent around has kept them coming back to me. there is quiet often a small window in which there work needs doing and if you can keep getting it done then they'll use you. don't use letters, go to there office say hi and hand them some cards and hope that who they are using is a twit. good luck .
