When quoting for cleaning. Office cleaning do we have to mention TUPE REGs.

As most companies changing either dont like the cleaners standards of cleaning. Or they feel that the contractor is not listerning to them.

Ive mentioned TUPE and it seems to put the companies off.

I usually mention TUPE and point out that is required to be followed by law, I also tell the client theres many ways to improve the cleaning even with taking on the existing 'rubbish' cleaners, a change in how people are managed is usually enough to improve standards significantly.
