« on: June 04, 2008, 11:41:17 pm »
::) Right I know you lot like to invent things!

I am getting a terrible neck ache looking up all the time!

Can someone come up with a solution?
Periscope glasses you look straight ahead but your looking up... simple!

Right get to it, I want a pair by the end of the month! :D
I also want the option of a sunglass version  ;D ;D ;D

buy a metal detector & go out with it for a couple of hours every evening just to keep the balance. :D

Take up yoga, so you can bend over backwards, oops, (hope there's no queers on 'ere), I mean lean back more comfortably without straining your neck. Gentle warm up exercises at the start of a day and wind down exercises at the end of a working day. Short breaks in between jobs would reduce the strain as well. :)

Who was that snooker player with the "upside down" glasses?

You just get a pair of frames with the hinges at the bottom!
It's a game of three halves!

Hang a mirror round your neck and look down but work right to left- try it.
Or take up" full upper body excercises" and ope it goes away in time.

Have to agree, if you have to look up all the time you are standing to close I did this when I first started. open the pole a little more step back a few foot and use eyes more and less neck bending
