spray that keeps your windows cleaned for 10 years?

just cleaned one of my customers windows, and he said there nextdoor neighour has had a company round that sprays a film on the windows, and facia and garantees they stay clean for 10 years, he didnt know company name, and the neighbours were not in, cause i knocked just to be nosey,any of you guys heard of this???

If its fron www.rainracer.com its not bad but still need cleaning and also needs re envigorating- all by hand.
No worries  :D bit like a pilks self cleaning that doesnt !

what i didnt add was, the windows looked a bit dirty, and they only had them done last week.
