What is you price range Martin ? as this normally tells you what you can and cannot have.
Crew cabs will be ideal,
Could you not just get a van and keep the car because sooner or later you will need it.

Transporter.
I have an ex AA van with 3 seats in front and a double seat in rear with seat belts etc.  The rear seats come out with the pull of a switch.

The ex AA have adjustable rear suspension which you can raise with a air pump to compensate for extra weight.  I carry a 500 lt tank and you hardly notice it at all.

Top van too

AA Vans are a good buy as they are always maintained (serviced) regularly. My brother use to work for the AA but I disowned associating with him initially when he joined the police. :)

He's in my good books now as he put one of my business cards in the police station and I'm getting some good work from it which surprised me really.
