Simple shut off for Algarde pole hose users

This is the simple device I use to turn the flow off and on [hose outside the pole].
This can be made from a small socket or anything that fits tight over the hose when folded and you will need a couple of bungee bands.
As you can see the hose is free to run through the bungee, but when I pull on the silver bit the hose is pulled through the hole and folded, this stops the flow. To restart the flow I just pull the hose out again.
So simple and affective.

Sorry if the pics are a bit blurry. In the second shot, I show the hose when it has been pulled through the hole, when in use I don't actually pull it that far through, the fold must be tight to stop the flow.

dai, its a good and simple idea, i have tried a few things like that over the years, then i bought a second hand autobrush, i have not looked back since, if you know anyone local with one i would recomend trying it out, its so easy to use, its a pity a trial brush could not be sent to customers for say a few days to try and then return it, could possibly bring in more sales for the supplier, and would let the customer know if its for them or not,
