How much would or can you get away with charging for commercial gutters to be cleaned out,obviosly it depends how much there is to do,but i could just do with a min-max figure? i dont wana undercut myself or rip the guy off! Can you on scale charge more than domestic with it being a company?

I presume we are talking metre for metre and in my view No.
Not many commercial customers actually own the building so for them its somebody elses problem. Domestic customers tend to own the building so it's more important so they will pay more.
Of course there's also different heights to consider. A commercial gutter twice the height of a standard domestic should be charged more.
On domestics I will aim for £3/metre which includes gutter clearence, gutter clean and facia clean.

I cant understand why people think that commercial work is a cash cow ! Surelly they understand more than most getting the best deal ?
