Groundhog, these Harris poles are brill. Just ignore the knockers. Plenty of us know and you know how brill they are. Anyway off to bed. Lots of work tomorrow.

Glad you like the pole Paul, there only seems to be one knocker left now anyway mate!! ;D

Graham you proved your point , now you want to take a back seat mate  ;D.  You dont need to defend yourself . . . . . IMHO  ;D

I would gladly use the Harris and dont really understand the dispute between Harris vs SL-X. They are completely different poles. The reason I like the SL-X is because it looks really really professional and its very stiff and light.

For £15 quid though....bargain. And when I need to replace my xtels for a second user then I will be getting a Harris, Luke

Thanks mate, I don't doubt that your slx is a great pole! But it would take something really special to make me part with over £400!! I'm not knocking you at all, I'm just a bit tight like that!!  :)

I've tried to read all this, but I haven't read it all.  groundhog what brush do you use?  sorry if you've already been asked?
I only do it part time at the moment but trying to build up.
I like this harris pole it sounds too good to be true.  I honestly don't know much about all this but appreciate help. thanks

Hi Justen, the Harris pole really is almost too good to be true! fantstic value for money!! and as good as many poles costing £100's more!! Thats why have been singing its praises in this thread!!!
I have two harris poles, one has a lightweight vulcan brush with fan jets, and the other is also a vulkan brush but with pencil jets, I like them both, I'm still undecided as to which I prefer. If you are going to put an extension on the pole like I have then you need to get the lightest brush you can get, and fan jets would probably be best because you would probably want to rinse with the brush on the window at 3rd floor level!
