Had to renew our employers & Public Liability insurances - so I went on the Simply business website - as recommended by Ian @ Window washers.

Got referred to the under writers so I thought here we go.

The spec was for 10 million Public and 10million Employers using pressure washers, dry steam and a drain jetting unit, working up to 20 metres? - I think

Price I could not believe - just over 600 quid for myself and 3 employees

just something to be aware of i don't think they insure you for the property which you are working on.

most p/l policies do not cover the actual window being worked on , although some companies specialise in window and general cleaners and they do cover it, read the small print.

rob i went there for one employee and it was over a £1000? i wonder how they work out  the quote??

Don't know - I am going to read through the small print in the morning - Unbelievable price - everyone else was pricing round the £2500.00 mark.

got mine for 600 in the end which was the best i could get including the proprty we are working on, you rob it would be good im slowly expanding with one full time guy.

You've got the right attitude - I knew that when we spoke at the end of last year.

Step back and look at where you have come from - that always shows you what you have achieved.

Keep moving forward one step at a time and before you know it you have gone past where you wanted to be.

Hi Rob,

Still sorting p/wash, looking at couple next week new. Britclean & b&g any feed back welcome. Going to lakes am fri for weekend. Schools n/week so try for a meet first week of june.

Got 1 p/wash sorted & looking at others soon, ref other that we discussed trying to get answers before we meet. There was a drain blocked on one of our nursing homes weds, so def. an opening.

There are some decent diesel pressure washers on ebay at the moment. I am away from Tuesday for one week.
