merlin waste auto shut-off
«

hi, my merlin waste used to shut off when my float valve shut off pure water production.
it's not doing this anymore, which is obviously using up my prefilter.
any ideas why?
thanks

I can't help you Dave but if you give Mike at Varitech a call on 01626 830 830 I am sure he can put you right.
He knows the Merlins inside out.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Andrew

I haven't called varitech yet, but I watched my waste water closely this morning. it is generally not flowing when my van is full, it just has 15 second or so pulse every 1-2 mins.
if a move my van a little by opening doors, the water in my tank moves a little, moving the float valve slightly and switching production on very slightly, which produces waste.
as this is the case, I don't really think I have a problem with my merlin.
cheers all
