thanks for feedback. i would say only about 5% of products are actualy online so far, and we have alot of new products to be added that ive not seen on rival sites such as cleaningspot and wcw. will launch a post when complete as think will be of intrest.

it has a dark gothic look to it, not really bright and cheery, or very slick looking. I don't really like it sorry

What i`m saying is a lot of suppliers arn`t doing anything different, you need to sell the best products which no doubt you will, but the key to whether you succeed or not will be your delivery time.

And I think that poles too dear too. As an everyday pole I would either break it or wear it out inside a year. I would love one of course.
Till then it's xtels for me.

hi there.

you asked if the site was easy to nav through, the answer is YES. it is very easy. it is very well layed out simple to use but...

idont really like the design of it i,e colours etc. i now your a relatively new company and i think you need to establish a branding. buy this i mean lokk at b&q there as orange as orange comes. if you see orange you know its b&q. the AA there yellow and black. stand out like a sore thumb. mac donalds red and yellow. even pure freedom have established red and white as being there sceem. you getting my drift? there are two many diffrent colours and fonts and no real logo that stands out. the x-line at the top looks like you knocked it up your self on word paint.

are you any good design? looking at your trolleys i would think so. design a log incorprating two/three colours that look wicked together. and use that as a bace for EVERYTHING! because of the X in your company name i would go for either something quite hard and indrustral looking. X is a very masclin letter, strate lines and a big cross. if you need ideas just ask. i like to think design is one of my strong points.

My feedback on site for you, little to much black the top part IMO looks fine about from your name (it is pixalated) could you not change the main part of site (middle to white) white space is good.
I have looked into the marketing side in of what you have done so far and I see quite a few errors (i know you have not finished)
Overall the structure is easy to use I think you have done a good job so far just needs tweaking.
1, layout to much black use white space to make viewers reading.
2, Logo pixals
3, marketing in code wrong

This is my honest opinion as said I think you have done well so far  :)

you paid money for that design? that is terrible if you have i'm afraid!! i thought by looking at it you done it yourself. that hasn't been done by a professional.

;) I'm not an expert, but for what its worth...

First impressions VERY DARK. . .  :o

Picture across top... not to clear to understand ... unless you look hard and long!

Get past that...

Everything else as you would expect from a Professional site

(it's in my bookmarks now so it will be good to see how it ends up!)  ;)

x-line your gonna get pep saying its to exspencive. no one is gonna say '' oh your too cheep i'm not buying from you''.

just charge the same as your compertition then provide a better service. maybe offer a small bag of resin (200g) with every purchis. will bring custom in then make sure your service is 2nd to none. good contact friendly advise etc. and Dont try to sell customas stuff they dont ask about. I HATE THAT!!

another good trick is set up a Window Cleaners Page. then offer to add customas that spend over £100 a listing on it. every one likes a free advert.
