« on: May 17, 2008, 11:05:57 am »
just getting back into windows after 7 yr ish abesence....and have to say aren't micro clths brilliant, straight outta the bag, no breaking, no bits, wow. but how long do they last, it says on bag 500 washes, thats over 9 years if washed once a week, is that right. also are the micro sleeve washers any good. i went for monoon sleeves as that's what i used to use

we find the micro strips are good but find they dont hold nowere near as much water as the monsoon. in my eyes the monsoon is the one!!!!! micro strips are ex for internal jobs

I like micro sleeves especially for external work, especially pole work as they hold a good a mount of water.

I think he's talking about the Unger Microfibre cloths, yes they are brilliant, we get about a years use out of them before they go quite hard and the fibres tighten up.

Ideally let them dry naturally outside as the tumbler does them no good.

As for the microsleeves, tried them but was forever having to dip them in the bucket to keep them wet, use monsoons.
