why is it so hard to find people that want work looking for person to pole work in romford area and cant seem to find anyone, anyone got any ideas how to get people in or do you know anyone looking for job need them to start this week...........help help help

train up some pol's for the pole...lol, seriously up here quite a few are on pole systems and reports are that they are great, nice people and work hard for a living

i currently run an unsuccessful,  (this year anyway) probably going bust electrical contracting firm employing 14 and i always used jobcentre plus as they have an online job pages for unemployed. i looked and they have adverts for window cleaners wanted. i also used schemes for the unemployed, you get £60 pr week towards there wages and £750 towards training courses, maybe train someone up. don't know if this helps but gotta be worth a try as it's a free service

this is not just a problem with the w/c inderstry IMO its a prob acrss the board. young british men DONT want to do manual jobs if any at all!

i dont employ but my dad dose and has lad after lad that do nothing but moan. when they phone 1st thing they say is how much, how long a day, how much holiday, is there sick pay.

he gets loads of easten europen GIRL'S phone up. would entertain the lads but i doubt they would keep up. keep us up though

i'd never let him employ foreners though. goes against my prinsabals
