Q. microbore lengths
« on: May 15, 2008, 08:57:00 pm »
Q what is the max length of 6mm microbore that can be fitted on to one of the metal hose reals that  Gardiners have? because I have 100mtrs on both of mine but could do with a little more for a couple of jobs .. say about another 30 metres maybe

Easy if you ask me,when it settles to the reel it looks as if you could get way more on there.

Or do what I do, 100m hose reel connected to 60m hose reel.

Works a treat with houses that have no parking access.

But when there are 2 of us workng I cant use the other reel cos its in use and I think buying another reel just for the extra 30 m is ott

is it more expensive tho for "custom" lengths
lots of places do 100m for 35 to 40 quid
do you pay over odds for "odd" length ???

Essentially pure sell the same 1,it`s the best quality you`ll get and it takes a bashing unlike the stuff others sell. The cheap 1 will split the first time you pull it round brickwork or get it trapped in a bit of york stone etc, this 1 won`t.
