A tip given to me, was to find out the decision makers name ( as mentioned) and to address the envelope in handwriting. It will more likely get read apparently.

You do not just do it once as they already have cleaners so you need to plug away.

Why not also go and introduce yourself.?

With LA's you have to go in consistently, every 4 weeks and you have to do it in person, although i nmust warn you it is very quiet on the lA front right now, not many people are moving around.

Acoording to the Daily Mail most are on far more than that, too busy watching Jeremy Kyle and breeding more wasters.

And those on the dole can get even more. ;D

Hi Dave, check your email  ;) Just change it to suit your needs.

As someone already said you've got to keep at LA's to get there work, i send letters out every 2-3 months. Persistance pays off

In a L/A office you might have 1 or you might have 20 " decision makers " from a 17 year old to the Business owner.
If you REALLY want that kind of work, you will find them " price conscious " and will often all you at 10 am and expect you to be available to do a clean for them, which they forgot about.
Unless you are very lucky, you will find, on most occasions, their " cleaners " have failed to vacuum although you've been told, the cleaners have been in. Another point worth mentioning .................there is often a lack of Hot water and occasionally no Power !!!!!!!!!!!!
On a positive note, it can provide a steady drip, throughout the year.

I never approached L/A's but have half a dozen who use me.
