One 100psi pump will supply two men with all the water they will need - all day.

That looks like a 4 person set up. I ran two men per van on one 100 psi pump for 2 years

Never used a varistream but we have used a 100 metre and a 200 metre hose both running off the one pump. No problem at all

1 poump will work fine but it is always good to have the extra pump if one goes down you still have another, I have two one per person.

you would only need one battery but is good to have a backup as I found out to my error.

One outlet from the tank to feedwater, I would take a pic for you but my van is not here, have a look on Matt's diy waterfed pole site, google it you will find all you need to know there.
