got a few commercial jobs and looking for more. Was wantinig advice from you guys as to how to get it and price etc. A cleaning firm near me has people on a contract. Is this common? or not.  How to get the right person that makes these decisions is difficult as when u call in on these premises you only talking to the monkey and not the organ grinder.
