HELP HELP HELP

my pc has just crashed big time and i have lost every thing
invoice templates
links
h/s docs
risk docs
i mean everything
can any of you help me please and send dtuff to me
email adress is
   info@mbswindowcleaning.co.uk
help me out please guys ive literly lost everything
even all my customers adresses
should of backed things up i know but now shagged
only thing backed up is customers

I agree with Jeff, take the thing into PC Worlds clinic and they can recover all of the info from your hard drive. I doubt very much that you have managed to wipe this off.

ive tried every thing the pc went of then it went in to system recovery which is a factory built in thing .whichs formats your hard drive and puts a new running system on .which was on when the pc was shipped to me a good 18 month since. so i have lost everything as it has formatted my portion of hard drive thanks anyway for advise

the new running system it has put on will only overwrite the previous operating system unless the new one is bigger.
It is possible to get data back from a formatted disk.
It is more difficult or impossible only on areas of the drive that has been overwritten.
You need professional help if you are going to get your data back.

do not open any more programs shut down your pc by unpluging it from the mains now and take it to pc world tomorow do it now the longer you have the pc running the more data will be overwritten

thanks some one has now got my programs back up and running but no luck with documents or links there compleatly lost  so can people please send me them or post them thanks .alot of docs i got of u guys
also can people post links for suppliers  and any use full links much apreciated

You need to get yourself a back up for all your business stuff. Either get an external hard drive or a memory stick or both

Yes but do remember........

Everything you have ever done is recorded on your harddrive.  You do need an expert, but the harddrive has got everything, everything etched on it.  like us it isn't always able to provide instant recall, but its there on the memory.

m.b.s I know a little about computers and if you lived nearby could use forensic style software to recover old files, but if its unlikely all of the original "ghost" still exists so not everything could be retrieved. But take it to an expert and DO NOT INSTALL anymore programs as they will cover over the "ghost" on the hardrive, Luke

cheers m8 thats how i got some of my stuff back yesterday m8 did it for me who repairs pc thanks your a godsend
