looks like they haven't got underlay which is a great insulator for draft marks.

Just done a flat every room had same marks where carpet fitter had put kicker right through carpet.

I posted it when I took it about 3-4 years ago on clean talk, you might have seen it thier or someone might have downloaded it and used it elsewhere.
