Hi all, can you help me with this? I am new(ish) to this site.

I used one-step years ago and then stopped, due to price increase and the business moving into insurance related work.
M/S was very new back then and just another fad, but now thats all I read about on this site.
You all refer to then by numbers.
Who are the main makers?
Whats the numbers about?
Whats the best m/s on the market?
I like to use heat when cleaning, the higher the better, depending on material/pile of course, does this affect the m/s?

Solutions and OneStep are the two main names in Micro Splitting Formulae. Solutions No2 and the regular OneStep Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner are the normal, everyday multi-fibre products. Solutions No4 and OneStep FineLine are the Woolsafe Approved versions.

There are other brands of products on the market, but, as far as I'm aware, Solutions and OneStep are the only ones offering Woolsafe Approved products.

Ken, do you have anymore details about the open day, I have some One step as well as some sample products from Nick at Solutions, however I can't get any of them to give me good results.

I played about with them before Christmas but soon gave up as I didn't have the time to give them justice.

Tried again today on a suite which was really bad, using one step and it never touched it, had to put chemical in and clean it as normal, came off no bother.

I must be doing something wrong and need to be convinced that it does work. 

Solution No 3 is a different matter, I loved that and will have to get in touch with Nick for more.
