We all know that soft water is great for cleaning windows, but I want some hard water for other cleaning purposes because I live in a soft water area. How can I make the TDS of tap water higher?Soft water makes getting rid of soap and shampoo difficult - I need hard water.

I end up using a towell not just to dry my hands but to get the soap off. I think REALLY hard water is great for getting rid of soap.
