Good to know that when we reduce the risk of falling off a ladder we then increase the risk of suffering from RSI. : : :
I've just started getting problems with my elbow as well. I wake up in the middle of the night & my left hand is numb along with the feeling of pins & needles. The only way to stop it is to straighten out my arm.I must say I've had a busy month getting through all my work & also doing some extra one offs, so I'm putting it down to that. The collective name that is given for this problem is Repetitive Strain Injury or RSI & that includes lots of conditions such as Tennis Elbow & Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.Good to know that when we reduce the risk of falling off a ladder we then increase the risk of suffering from RSI. : : :
