Had a problem with quick connect brass cuplings and needed to get 2 replacements quick as had plenty of work this week.Brass original ones from overseas would take 9 days so went to pirtec who had to change every connector (8in total) on my equipment or i would have lost weeks wages.They were absolutely brilliant and set me up with a cancelled order heavy duty hose reel for £50 and charged me £50 to sort my 8 connectors.They couldn`t do enough for me but i would like to know if the cuplings they supplied which are metal with closed ends which open up when they are connected up are any good and on the same par as the one supplied from abroad,they gauranteed me they were perfect for my honda 390 machine and i would lose no pressure and i could have peace of mind knowing i could come local with any further problems,everthing seems to be running ok so did i do right.
